THE VENUE

The National Mediation Awards 2026 will take place at the prestigious Lincoln’s Inn, one of London’s most historic and distinguished legal settings.

As one of the four Inns of Court, Lincoln’s Inn has played a central role in the education and professional life of barristers and judges for centuries. Set within an 11-acre estate in Holborn, the Inn combines rich heritage with elegant architecture, providing a truly fitting backdrop for an evening celebrating excellence in mediation.

Reception and Dining

Guests will be welcomed with a drinks reception, offering an opportunity to connect with colleagues, nominees, judges and leaders from across the mediation sector.

The evening will continue with the Awards ceremony and a formal sit-down dinner, bringing the community together in a setting that reflects both the tradition and continued development of the profession.

The Great Hall

At the heart of Lincoln’s Inn is its magnificent Great Hall, an impressive 19th-century space designed to accommodate the Inn’s growing community. Opened by Queen Victoria, the Hall has long been used for significant gatherings, ceremonies and events within the legal profession.

With its scale, architectural detail and historic significance, the Great Hall provides an exceptional setting for the National Mediation Awards, creating an atmosphere that is both celebratory and distinguished.

A Historic Setting

From its origins in medieval legal education to its role today as a centre of professional life, Lincoln’s Inn offers a unique blend of history, tradition and purpose. Its surroundings, including landscaped squares and notable buildings such as the Chapel and Library, contribute to an environment that is both inspiring and memorable.
